As shapely as they are deadly, Imperial ships are built with both practicality and appearance in mind. Though smaller ships may appear angular and faceted to preserve their stealth abilities, their larger vessels can be considered works of art. One common feature between all classes and tonnages however, would be their glowing 'wings', thanks to their use of advanced Curie Point Radiators. Though excess thermal energy can be dumped into heatsinks for stealth, their overt deployment has hyperalloy radiator substrate absorbing energy to the point of melting. Spread behind by the deployed fins of the ships, they have the appearance of glowing red or white-hot wings. Once the discarded particle sheets cool below the Curie Point, magnetic field emitters are able to recollect the material, lending Daqinren made ships beauty matched by their performance.
The vast majority of military corvettes are configured with stealth in mind, and as a result, are perhaps the 'ugliest' vessels serving in the Empire. Even so, they are typically divided between escort corvettes meant to protect other vessels, and special-forces corvettes, which are fully independent ships capable of operating away from a fleet. Despite this distinction, they share the need to keep heat production low, and typically feature combustion light gas guns as their primary armaments. Most may also have a single free-electron pulse laser, but even these are typically reserved for overt combat or final point-defense due to their resultant heat emissions. A complement of light anti-ship missiles and numerous - and very annoying - countermeasures can be expected to complement a very robust electronic warfare package.

Out of Character Notes
- Daqin GPMG WIP
- Daqin Frigate WIP
- Daqin Destroyer WIP
- Daqin Light Uniform WIP
- Remove as much hover-tech as possible
- Re-work drones to be non-hover
- Ships are typically very colorful, with artwork on the hull
- Ships become grey/black matte when going into combat mode
- Ship interiors are typically like U-boats, being very dark, cramped and space efficient
- Ships also have a second layout in VR, which is comfy space opera and the main medium in which the crew interacts with each other
