Created in 2274 Nanotrasen is manufacturing corporation based around industrial grade frames, vehicles and equipment. Though they are also well known for their plasma weaponry.

About Nanotrasen

Originaly a mining company on Avarita the CEO Jeffery Generosita saw an opportunity to expand and he took it as far as he could. Still going he has become a major player in Reservoir and has made a succesful company.

Structure

Nanotrasen follows a tiered corporate structure.

Human Reasources

The HR department is headed by Marry Goria and manages the human reasources mainly the employees though they are also in charge of managing the slave labor which is sold or rented out to individuals, houses and various smaller companies.

Industrial Division

The ID is headed by Josegh Indiana and is in charge of the production and manufacturing sections of the company. They are in charge of overseeing the companies mining investments as well as the Factory complexes owned by the company.

Orbital Reasources

OR is the division that controls all the company space based reasources, from it's shipyard to the small fleet of dropships and foldship. Not having that much of a pressence and being the easest to scim a bit off the top the department head shifts often.

Research and Development

R&D is headed by Marry's sister Franicina Generosita-Goria, who is wife of the CEO Jeffery Generosita, and in charge of keeping the company on the cutting edge. She is given a massive buget to explore and experiment along with plenty of lab space, though not all the experimentation is completely ethictal. This division is one of the reasons Nanotrasen is one of the largest companies in resevoir.

Commercial Department

CD is in charge of selling and marketing to civilian and industrial demograghics. This includes ads which are fairly prevelant throughout resivoir. This department is run by Gordan Prattet who is the most lenient of the department heads.

Headquarters

The headquarters is a large facility on Avaritia.

Main Tower

The main tower of the headquarters is where the majority of the managerial staff work and store records. It is a large structure and some heads and employees even live in some of the oppulant residences.

Corprate Plaza

A rather inflated name for what equates to an area that was turned into a seires of warehouse, point defense turrets, landing pads and watch towers. The only nice area would be the small dome around the base of the tower which is an actual plaza where guests and new buyers can be walked around and shown the shiny toys.

Mining Opperations

Being based on Avaritia the company has a lot of mining investments around the planet which mine up the minerals on the surface and some even into the crust if the deposits are worth it.

Space Stations

The Nanotrasen corporation has two major space stations.

Space Station NT - SPC # RD13

In orbit around the Jovian Superbia this station is used primarily as an R&D facility.

Space Station NT - SPC # IMT31

In orbit around Acedia this station is mainly used as a logistics node for goods to sell to the Great house Diligenza and the many mercenary bands that it has spawned and attracted. The station also doubles as the corporations main shipyard for fold ship production. Given the location of the planet and the recent reopening to the rest of the galaxy it is also the corporations main trade hub into the wider universe until further infrastructure can be built.

Products

Between corporate espionage, R&D breakthroughs and exploring for datacores the company has been able to sell a wide range of products to a wide range of people.
