Romero Capulet
Personality
Romero is happy and eager to please. Almost desperately eager to please. He is willing to take orders from almost anybody because he assumes they all know what they're doing and are probably better at this than he is. If he gets free time he writes letters to his fiance (nice letters mind you, as he took a semester in Calligraphy, Poetry and Creative Writing)
Appearance
Romero is young, handsome and usually smiling. He has curly dark brown hair and a swimmer's athletic build. He has one "gimp" finger that was broken while sparring. If at all possible he will be wearing a red shirt.

- Distinguishing Features: A finger on his left hand is a little offset from a sparring accident.
History
Romero is a middle child and has always been second best. His older brother excels at all things intellectual, with 2 Phds and dozens of published scientific articles that show him to be a leader in his fields at the young age of 29. His little sister is an Olympic gymnast and rather than simply ageing out of her sport she is picking up more, also competing at the highest level.
Romero can't compete with them in their own areas so he has spent years looking for a different playing field. He graduated college a year late because he couldn't find a major his brother couldn't do better in. His physical activities centered around swimming and martial arts because his sister didn't like those. Romero's life finally turned around when he met Julia Montague, daughter of General Thomas. She gave him purpose, confidence and the idea of succeeding in the military instead of constantly having to stand behind his siblings.
The two of them had just become engaged when Romero got his big break. He was being sent out to as a special assistant to the General himself to the Outremer station. The timing was bad for the wedding but the chance to make a name for himself and return a success was a dream come true.

Skills
Skills are things that they are either talented at or are practiced at doing. Maybe the character is a great cook, or a master sharpshooter. They could have medical skills of some sort, maybe field medic ability but not surgeon level stuff. In the end of the day, listing the skill and then following it up with some details or specifics would be ideal.
