Swamp Grawla refers to a wide range of Grawla who have characteristics suited for living in the swamps, wetlands, pete-bogs, and marshes of the planet Hawking.

They are found throughout the planet and are adapted well enough to live in most environments. It is thought that they represent features most likely to bounce back after being nearly wiped out by extinction level events on their homeworld.

Their larger cities tend to be built near waterfronts, disguised from overhead view by blending into the trees and other vegetation. Many of the Grawla's less well developed cities like Port Squishy mostly belong to Swamp Grawla, and they can be found just about everywhere.
