Following the New Years Revolution on Hawking the Jerry Brown was assigned to operations in the Hawking star system. It would form the Alliance’s first response to the efforts of the Magnetic Assembly and the City of New Cambridge’s executive council. The ship would end up captured by The Magnetic Assembly after many of the crew were killed by fires that swept through the ship triggered by laser attack.
The ship's hull would be captured and brought to Rotislav for Refit. Upon completion of the repair work the ship would be recommissioned as the MAS Aberrant Statecraft.
