Medical Technology has advanced to the point where there is little that can't be fixed or even improved by modern medicine for Humanity, but not everyone has access to this technology. Humanity is experiencing another major boom in life expectancy and its increasingly possible that those alive now might be able to live forever.

These advanced technologies can be expensive. Among Humanity, not everyone has access to the same medical care or the same safe habitats. Beyond humanity, other races like the Aoi Si are in the twilight of their civilization, long having lost their immortality while races like the Grawla still suffer from having medicines that can be difficult to mass produce for their whole population.
